Peter was a founder of two companies, one in computer communications, which became the CASE Group plc, and one in commercial radio, Chiltern Radio plc. He took both companies public and negotiated acquisitions in the UK and overseas. The CASE Group eventually employed over 1600 people in three continents. From the start, Peter developed what we now call the ROTA principle in this company.
A physics graduate, Peter subsequently earned a masters degree in organisational behaviour, and postgraduate qualifications in coaching and coaching psychology. He also attended the Owner-President Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Association of Business Psychologists where he is on the management board.
